On the trial, it appeared that plaintiffs, having purchased a number of standard-bred horses, in February, 1910, shipped same over lines of defendant companies from Lexington, Ky., over C. and O. road, to Lynchburg, Va., and from that point over the Southern to Greensboro, N.C.
