Magdalene Campbell and the Fort Lincoln Civic Association (collectively, “the Civic Association” or “appellants”), appeal from the trial court’s dismissal of their suit against appellees, Fort Lincoln New Town Corporation, Inc., Fort Lincoln Realty Corporation, Inc., and Michele V.
