This matter is before the Court on separate motions for summary judgment filed by two sets of defendants, as well as on the plaintiffs cross-motion for partial summary judgment with respect to certain claims against one set of defendants. The case stems from the plaintiffs purchase of a condominium in the District of Columbia; she claims that the defendants made numerous misrepresentations to her in conjunction with this purchase, causing her to suffer injury.
