MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER OVERRULING MOTION UNDER § 2255

Petitioner was convicted upon his plea of guilty of the offense of agreeing, confederating and conspiring to obtain and become transferee of marihuana without paying the transfer tax imposed by 26 U.S.C.A. § 4741(a), and to transport, conceal and facilitate the transportation and concealment of marihuana so acquired and obtained, in violation of 26 U.S.C.A. § 4744(a) and 7237(a).
