A. L. Wallace, a physician of Okmulgee, Okla., instituted an action in the district court of Okmulgee county, Okla., against the National Life & Accident Insurance Company, a corporation, and V. H. Orr and E. W. Orr, agents of the said company. The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the trial court. In the course of the trial the evidence substantially follows the allegations contained in the pleadings.
