ORDER AFFIRMING DENIAL OF POST-CONVICTION RELIEF

¶ 1 Petitioner, pro se, filed an Application for Post-Conviction Relief in the District Court of Carter County, Case No. CF 96-180. A judge of the district court entered Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law on June 10, 1997 and denied relief. From that Order, Petitioner appeals.

¶ 2 Petitioner was convicted of Trafficking in Cocaine in Case No. CF 96-180. He was sentenced to ten (10) years imprisonment and did not appeal. In the district court, Petitioner claimed entitlement to post-conviction relief, asserting he was denied equal protection…
