Appellants, George A. Morrison, Roger Brastrup, and Lyle Speer, appeal from a judgment determining certain provisions of the Last Will and Testament of A James Boyer, deceased, were without legal effect, and ordering that Morrison be removed as personal representative of the decedent’s estate.
