Veteran Crystal D. Southall-Norman appeals through counsel a January 5, 2015, Board of Veterans’ Appeals (Board) decision denying entitlement to an initial com-pensable disability evaluation for a bilateral foot disability, to include hallux valgus 1 and pes planus, prior to June 2, 2014; and a separate evaluation for impairment of sphincter control related to service-connected hemorrhoids.
