Mary Vilfranc appeals through counsel a January 15, 2015, Board of Veterans’ Appeals (Board) decision that denied entitlement to a disability rating in excess of 10% for temporomandibular joint dysfunction.2 Ms. Vilfranc’s Notice of Appeal was timely, and the Court has jurisdiction to review the Board decision pursuant to 38 U.S.C. § 7252(a).
