Lead plaintiff William R. Bennett (“W. Bennett”) and Named Plaintiff Chia-Yiu Maa (“Maa”) (collectively “Plaintiffs”) filed a consolidated amended complaint in this putative class action dated February 9, 2009 (the “Amended Complaint”), naming as defendants China Shenghuo Pharmaceutical Holdings, Inc.
