Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Leahy, J.), rendered October 16, 1991, convicting him of assault in the second degree and resisting arrest, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant’s challenge to the trial court’s decision to have the court reporter read back certain portions of the charge in response to a jury request has not been preserved for appellate review.
