Wold Family Farms, Inc. v. Heartland Organic Foods, Inc.

[¶ 1.] Heartland Organic Foods, Inc. (Heartland), H. Eugene Paulson and Beverly Paulson petition for intermediate appeal from the circuit court’s entry of an order of contempt against Paulsons for faffing to produce Heartland’s business records to Wold Family Farms, Inc. (Wold). We vacate the order and remand for dismissal of the action without prejudice.
