Judgment unanimously modified on the law and facts in accordance with the memorandum and as modified affirmed, without costs ,of this appeal to either party. Certain findings of fact disapproved and reversed and new findings made. Memorandum: The defendant husband appeals from part of a judgment which granted a decree of separation to the plaintiff wife, awarded custody of a legally adopted minor son to the plaintiff and provided certain financial benefits for the plaintiff.
