This is an appeal from an order changing place of trial. Plaintiff brought the action in Lewis and Clark county, and at the time of filing the complaint a writ of attachment was issued. On November 10, 1933, defendants filed with the clerk of the court of that county a written exception to the sufficiency of the sureties on the undertaking for attachment.
