This is an appeal from an order refusing to vacate an order appointing a receiver.

The Complaint. June 26, 1950, complaint was filed in the district court of Flathead county, Montana by Winifred A. Little, as plaintiff, against Walter L. Little and L. E. Little, defendants, alleging: That plaintiff is the owner of an undivided one-half interest in one 33 foot Spartan Royal Mansion House Trailer, serial No. 33-49-492, subject to a conditional sales contract, dated January 6, 1949, on which there is a balance due of eight monthly payments at $140.22 per month, which…
