This litigation, involving the settlement of the estate of W. L. Simmons, deceased, is before us for the second time. On the former appeal (Simmons v. Simmons* 177 Va. 629, 15 S. E. (2d) 43) we affirmed a decree of the lower court sustaining the contention of the widow that, despite her previously indicated contrary intention, she had effectively renounced her husband’s will.
