Plaintiff Sidney Abbott, an individual with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (“HIV”) filed this action against Defendant Randon Bragdon, a dentist with a practice in Bangor, Maine. Plaintiffs Amended Complaint alleges violations of title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA” or “title III”) and the Maine Human Rights Act (“MHRA”) based on Defendant’s refusal of treatment in his office.
