MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

MILLER, District Judge.

Stephen E. Duff was fired from his job with defendant Lobdell-Emery Manufacturing Company in June 1994. Alleging that his discharge was due to Lobdell-Emery’s perception that he was disabled, Mr. Duff brought this action under the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 (“ADA”). The cause is before the court on LobdellEmery’s motion for summary judgment, and on the plaintiffs motion to strike certain evidentiary material.
