The note was *6delivered to one S- P- Lalor, .an agent for the ParLiel Hays Company, of Idaho, for the purchase 0f a tract of land known as Lots 7, 8, 9, and 10 in Block 28, Chowchilla Ranch, Madeira County, California, containing 80 acres, more or less, according’ to government survey.
