This is an appeal prosecuted to this court from an order and judgment of the district court of Tulsa county, Okla., rendered on the 23rd day of November, 1922, in a cause wherein the plaintiffs in error were defendants and the defendants in error were plaintiffs, which granted to the plaintiffs below a temporary injunction in said action, enjoining and restraining the defendants below from enforcing ordinance No. 2344 of the city of Tulsa, Okla., as against the plaintiffs below, pending the final determination of the cause below on its merits, and further enjoining and restraining the…
