DECISION AND ORDER
WARREN, District Judge.
Presently before the Court in this matter are the cross-motions of the principal parties for certification of portions of this Court’s Decision and Order of December 20, 1984. Specifically, the plaintiff requests that the Court amend its opinion to include a statement, as provided for under 28 U.S.C. § 1292(b), certifying for interlocutory appeal the denial of its motion to amend the complaint to add a claim for punitive damages.
