The only question in this case is oue concerning the distribution of a fund now under the control of the courts of this state, which is owned by a foreign corporation. The defendant corporation was created by the laws of Hew-Hampshire as a building and loan association, and was permitted to transact business in this state. In January, 1896, the authorities of the state where this corporation is domiciled took proceedings in the courts of that state to restrain it from any further prosecution of its business.
