This is a proceeding brought in Park County, Wyoming, by the State Board of Law Examiners, hereinafter referred to as the Board, to suspend, disbar or otherwise discipline Ernest J. Goppert, an attorney at law, residing at Cody, Park County, Wyoming, hereinafter referred to as the respondent, on account of certain professional misconduct on his part as alleged in the petition herein filed, and some of which will be specifically mentioned and discussed hereafter.
