On the 17th of August, 1925, certain mem- ' bers of the Bar Association of Greene County, Arkansas, exhibited charges of such association against M. P. Huddleston. It was charged, in substance, that Huddle: ston was a member of the association; that one John Lane was indicted in the Greene County Circuit Court for the larceny of $20,200 of United States Liberty bonds, the property of one Jaméis W. Alexander; that he was tried at the December term, 1924, of the court, and convicted, and thereafter appealed to the Supreme Court, where the judgment of conviction was reversed, and the cause.…
