¶ 1 Defendants/Appellants Broce Construction Company, Inc., a corporation, and St. Paul Seaboard Surety Company, a corporation (collectively, Broce or Defendants) seek review of the trial court’s orders granting judgment and attorney’s fees to Plaintiff/Ap-pellee Allen Farms, Inc., (Allen) in Allen’s action to recover an unpaid sum due for materials furnished.
