MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
PARKER, District Judge.
The Securities and Exchange Commission (“Commission”) has filed a complaint in this civil action charging twenty defendants with violations of the anti-fraud provisions of the Securities Act of 1933 and of the antifraud, proxy and reporting provisions of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder,1 seeking to enjoin the defendants from committing future violations of these provisions.
