The Continental Casualty Company issued its universal standard workmen’s compensation and employees liability policy covering 'the employees of Gorton Engineering Company. Jack Goodnature, an employee of the Gorton Engineering Company, sustained an accidental personal injury in the course of his employment for which he filed claim with the State Industrial Commission. Upon hearing, he was awarded compensation. There was no dispute as to his injury or his right to compensation from his employer, but the Continental Casualty Company files this action to review the award in so far as the same…
