Appellants brought this suit in the Lake Circuit Court seeking to enjoin the city of Hammond, certain of the officers of said city, and the contractors from carrying out a contract entered into between the city, through its board of public works, and the contractors for the construction of a pumping station and a system of sewers to connect therewith.
