The plaintiff in error, hereinafter called defendant, was convicted in the county court of Oklahoma county on a charge of maintaining a liquor nuisance, and was sentenced to pay a fine of $200 and to serve a term of 90 days in the county jail.
Only one witness, John Davis, a policeman, testified that with another policeman and two “Dope fiend girls” he went to the place of residence of the defendant on West Main street, Oklahoma City, and one of the girls inquired of defendant if he had anything to drink, and he answered he did, and left the place and went 300. or 400 yards into the woods…
