A general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members convicted appellant, contrary to his pleas, of conspiracy to commit larceny; premeditated murder; and larceny (3 specifications), in violation of Articles 81, 118, and 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 881, 918, and 921, respectively. He was sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, confinement for life, total forfeitures, and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade.
