O’NEAL, Justice.

Upon a duly verified petition for a writ-of prohibition we granted an Alternative Writ of Prohibition against Clyde M. Followed, Judge of the District Court of’ LeFlore County, Oklahoma. The respondent has not filed an answer to the Alternative Writ so issued.
