This action was commenced by the defendant in error against plaintiff in error for a division of property and for the care and custody of the minor children, and an allowance for the support of such children. The petition was amended before judgment so as to ask for a divorce in addition to the other grounds of relief. The parties will be referred to as plaintiff and defendant as they appeared in -the trial court.
