Defendant, Anthony Dwayne Barnes, appeals from the judgment of conviction and sentence entered by the district court on April 21, 2000, following Defendant’s guilty plea conviction for one count of use of a communication facility to facilitate the possession with the intent to distribute marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 843(b), for which Defendant was sentenced to eighteen months of imprisonment.
