I. INTRODUCTION

Defendant/Appellant Floyd Bruce was charged in a four-count indictment with three counts of bank fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1344 and one count of unauthorized use of an access device in violation of 18 U.S.C. §' 1029(a)(5).
