PARRISH, Presiding Judge.
Donald Johnson (hereafter referred to as movant) pleaded guilty to having committed the offense of selling a controlled sub*663stance, cocaine. § 195.020.1 He was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of ten years. § 195.200.1(4). Movant filed a motion for post-conviction relief pursuant to Rule 24.035. The trial court dismissed that motion without holding an evidentiary hearing. Written findings of fact and conclusions of law were filed. This court affirms.
