This bill was filed by appellants for a partition, or, in the alternative, for a sale for division of a tract of land in Cherokee county. Appellants claim that the land was the property of Sarah Tumlin, their grandmother, and that an undivided interest descended to them through their father. Appellees claim to own the entire fee under the will of their father, Thomas Tumlin, whose wife, Sarah Tumlin was.
