I. BACKGROUND
Defendant AMR Services Corporation services and maintains the jetbridges used at the various airports throughout the State. It is a subsidiary of Defendant AMR Corporation. Plaintiff Scott B. Marlow was hired by •AMR Services in November 1992 to supervise the company’s operations at the Kahului Airport on Maui.
