This is an action to recover certain taxes alleged to be due the State of Wyoming under the provisions of the Use Tax Act of 1937, Chapter 118, Session Laws of Wyoming 1937.
The Continental Supply Company, defendant in the case below and plaintiff in error here, is a Delaware corporation engaged in the business of selling supplies to oil producers and operators and to persons engaged in drilling wells for the production of oil and gas.
