GUTHRIE, Chief Justice.
Appellants herein, the County of Na-trona and Natrona County International Airport Board, plaintiffs below, appeal from the entry of a summary judgment against them by the district court in a suit against Casper Air Service, appellee, defendant below.
Plaintiff Natrona County International Airport Board is an agency established by and under the Board of County Commissioners of Natrona County, Wyoming.
