This litigation was commenced by virtue of a complaint which alleged, briefly, that plaintiff is the owner of a house situated in a residential district of the city of Mayagüez, and that adjacent thereto defendant has installed a plant for the pasteurization and sale of milk, where industrial and commercial activities are carried on which are seriously *786prejudicial to plaintiff’s health, disturb the free and comfortable enjoyment of her life and property, thereby causing mental anguish, moral suffering, and damages in the amount of $25,000.
