Spencei*, a resident and citizen of the state of Iowa, died intestate in the state of Colorado on the 16th •of August, 1892. He left a widoAV, Mary A. Spencer, and a son, H. O. Spencer, residents of the state of Iowa. He left another son, L. E. Spencer, a resident of Cage county, Nebraska, and he also left a daughter, Mary E. Dudley, a resident of the state of Colorado.
