FLÓREZ, Judge.

¶ 1 After a jury trial, petitioner Barry Ellsworth French was convicted of kidnapping, sexual abuse, sexual assault, and attempted sexual assault, with a prior felony conviction. He was sentenced to prison terms of twenty-one years, fifteen years, and four years, all terms to be served consecutively. On appeal, we affirmed the convictions but modified the sentence on the kidnapping conviction, ordering that it be served concurrently; we also denied relief on a petition for review of the denial of post-conviction relief, Rule 32, Ariz.
