INTRODUCTION
On August 26, 1975, the Securities and Exchange Commission filed an application for an order to show cause why VTR, Inc. (VTR) and David E. Jordan, VTR’s president, should not be held in civil contempt of the Final Judgment of Permanent Injunction that was entered in this case by this Court on April 19, 1973. With the application the SEC filed a notice of motion and a motion for entry of an order holding VTR and Jordan in civil contempt of the April 19, 1973, injunction.
