— This was an attachment suit. There was a trial on a plea in abatement, and judgment thereon abating the writ. Plaintiff appealed. ' On the *108trial the only evidence adduced was the deed of trust hereinafter mentioned, which was shown to have been executed and recorded before the levy of the writ.
The question in this case is, whether or not the deed of trust made by respondents is fraudulent in law on its face.
