This is an appeal from a judgment following a jury verdict and the district court’s denial of a motion for a new trial in an action for breach of contract to collect uninsured motorist benefits. Douglas Adams was killed in a car accident caused in part by the alleged negligence of an unknown driver. Adams’ automobile insurance policy permitted his family (appellants) to apply for uninsured motorist benefits under the policy.
