Daniel A. Garnett appeals the summary denial of his motion to correct illegal sentence filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a).[1] Mr. Garnett is seeking jail credit for time spent in an Ohio jail in 2000 on a fugitive warrant issued by the trial court in this case.
