MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
Plaintiffs VitalGo, Inc. ("VitalGo") and VitalGo Systems Ltd. (collectively, "Plaintiffs") bring this action against Defendants *878Kreg Therapeutics, Inc. ("Kreg") and Craig Poulos (collectively, "Defendants") alleging copyright and trademark infringement and unfair competition under federal and state law. Currently before the Court is Defendants' combined motion [77] to strike portions of Plaintiffs' Second Amended Complaint and to dismiss all claims in the Second Amended Complaint with prejudice.
