On the court’s own motion the decision of this court handed down on July 2, 1940 [259 App. Div. 1091], is hereby amended to read as follows: Order denying plaintiffs’ motion for an examination before trial of defendant Board of Education modified by permitting the examination with respect to items 1 to 15, inclusive, the time and place for the examination to proceed to be fixed in the order to be entered hereon.
