This is an original action in mandamus instituted by the state, on the relation of Fabian Martinez, against Hon. Reed Holoman, judge of the First judicial district of this state.

The petition alleges that the relator was engaged in conducting a retail liquor business at Rosa, Rio Arriba county, N. M'., and was the owner and holder of licenses therefor granted by the United States and the county of Rio Arriba; that a judgment was rendered against Mm, in a cause instituted by the state in the district court, by virtue of which he was permanently enjoined (1) from…
