Appellant was an applicant for appropriation of water under application No. 35 in the office of the state engineer, in which it sought to appropriate certain waters of Bluewater Creek. Its application was allowed, and some work done, various extensions of time applied for and granted, and some time prior to August 2, 1917, it made a further application for extension of time.
